Juniors against false abuse allegations

Welcome to the PAFAA and SOFAP website. This site is dedicated to anyone who has been falsely accused of abuse, in whichever disguise it takes.
As an organisation, we are concerned primarily with the current climate that makes it possible for anyone to be accused of abuse, especially of a sexual nature, and in particular against children.
Secondarily, we continue to uphold the beliefs, with other pressure groups, that the power of Social Services in the UK and elsewhere needs to be curbed, and also, to coin one of their phrases, "in the best interest of the child" that the secret family courts need to be abolished and be made accountable for the decisions they arrive at.

These court decisions are usually based on biased opinion, hearsay, and in a lot of cases downright falsehoods perpetrated by the very people we, as taxpayers, place our trust in to protect the very people they would have us believe they represent. i.e. the children.

And so, in order to better serve those falsely accused, and that need help, PAFAA and SOFAP  combined their respective strategies and resources. This has led to a more coherent effort from all concerned when offering help to the people that need it most, those who find themselves falsely accused and convicted, and in a lot of cases, incarcerated for a non existent crime. A fuller explanation is given below by Rights Fighter, our lay legal advisor and the best friend you might ever have.

Unfortunately, due to the huge demands on available resources, it is not always easy for us to take on new cases, so if you think you need support, please first of all join our forum, where even just moral support and the knowledge that you are not alone can sometimes be enough to lighten the dread that we know you feel.

A brief explanation from Rights Fighter about the changes

SOFAP joined forces with PAFAA a while ago. SOFAP has in the main dealt with the "domestic" cases, as do PAFAA although we have tried to assist in others.

Since SOFAP began I have been doing most of the support work, emails: jail mail; prison visits; appeal reviews; telephone support; telephone calls from inmates; and attending trials and Court of Appeal plus sometimes staying with inmates families in order to glean information for appeal reviews.

A while ago I was taken seriously ill and found myself on the wrong end of a life support machine. And whilst I have now recovered from this illness, I realised I could not go on as I was.  I will still be reviewing appeals but I cannot possibly continue with the pace of work I was doing.  Hence my move to join with PAFAA which is run by Vic. Not only has he produced a very informative website, he does a huge amount of support by email and as I understand it, telephone work.  He is not one to blow his own trumpet.

SOFAP began in 2002 after Clive came out of prison.  Clive was extremely helpful in getting me to prison visits, trials and other places.  He even dropped everything on one occasion to come to rescue me when the car I was travelling in from a trip to Doncaster broke down on the M1.  95% of the time Clive bore the cost of petrol expenses out of his own pocket, which he could ill afford.   For this, I am sure the guys he took me to visit were extremely grateful as well as those whose trials and court hearings we attended.

However, he is now busy setting up his own business and hasn't been available for some time.  Having had the warning signal in the shape of my illness in November, and rather than let things drag on the way they had been, I thought it best for the "guys" that I move on, allowing Clive to continue with his own life.  I would like to say a very big THANK YOU to Clive, for making himself available immediately after his release in 2002 from wrongful imprisonment, for over two years, to help other inmates with his invaluable help with transport.

What we are not.

We are not  a haven for abusers. We do not condone abuse in any way, shape or form. If you have come here hoping to hide yourselves amongst the innocent, then you will be found out and reported to the relevant authorities.
